Production Operative

A temporary Production Operative position within a dynamic manufacturing environment, focused on supporting the assembly, testing, and quality control of innovative products.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in a friendly team, with potential for a permanent position. K ey responsibilities:
Assemble units following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures Utilise hand tools and basic equipment for product assembly Package finished products in readiness for dispatch Conduct basic functional testing and inspect components for defects Record testing results accurately and report faults or inconsistencies Maintain workflow to achieve daily production targets =

Strong attention to detail with manual dexterity and practical skills Ability to follow instructions and work accurately within processes Reliable with a good work ethic and ability to meet deadlines Basic understanding of health and safety procedures Punctual, dependable, and a positive team player Experience not essential What’s on offer:
