Paint Sprayer

Our client is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join their busy manufacturing operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who enjoys producing high-quality finishes and takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship in a fast-paced production environment. As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for preparing components, applying coatings, and ensuring all finished products meet the highest quality standards.

You'll play an important part in maintaining production efficiency while delivering a professional finish on every item.

The Role Prepare products for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces. Apply paints and protective coatings using spray equipment, ensuring a smooth and consistent finish. Mix paints and materials accurately in line with specifications. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards. Work to daily production targets while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of spray guns and associated equipment.

Highlight any defects or issues that may affect product quality. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies. Work closely with colleagues across production to ensure deadlines are achieved. About You Previous experience working as a Spray Painter within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment. Confident using spray painting equipment and preparing surfaces to a high standard.

Strong eye for detail with a commitment to producing first-class finishes. Able to manage workloads effectively in a busy production setting. Good understanding of paint mixing, coating applications, and finishing techniques. Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Positive attitude with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
