Zest in Cornwall is seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead the shift, overseeing people, safety, quality and delivery. This permanent role is full-time (40 hours/week) within a growing food manufacturing operation, offering the chance to shape how the business operates during an exciting expansion phase.
You'll be the senior on shift, setting standards, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement while coaching and developing your team for long-term success.
