Müller Severnside is hiring a Production Shift Lead for our Severnside Depot. This permanent full-time role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 7-7) in Severns ide, UK.
You will lead the production team to meet targets, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement within a food production/FMCG environment. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a production setting, strong people management, and a track record of implementing operational excellence initiatives.
