Job Description:

The company are seeking an experienced

Fabrication Supervisor to join their team. This is a hands-on supervisory role with responsibility for fabrication, welding, workshop operations and site activities, alongside supporting management with procurement and general office tasks.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in afabrication/welding or manufacturing environment, ideally with previous supervisory or management responsibility. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day workshop activities, allocating labour, monitoring progress and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, to the required quality standard and within agreed deadlines.

Key Duties:

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring labour is planned and work is allocated effectively to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines.
