We are recruiting for an experienced CNC ( Programmer , Setter , Operator ) to work for our client who are located in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
THE DUTIES OF A CNC PROGRAMMER- To safely set up, program and operate CNC Machines whilst adhering to all safety policies and procedures
- Ensure equipment/ machinery is running smoothly, efficiently and to optimum requirements
- Maintain a clean, neat and organised work area
- Good understanding of mechanical engineering and machining principles
- Compliance with all quality policies and specifications, and instructions
- Use of gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements of finished goods
- Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result
- Fully trained in operation of CNC/ Manual Lathes/ Milling Machines and other
- Ability to read/ interpret engineering drawings.
- Online programming and editing essential (Fanuc, Siemens & XYZ controls)
You will work a day shift - Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm / Early finish on Fridays
THE PAY FOR A CNC PROGRAMMERYou will earn an hourly rate of between ££17/18 depending on experience
