CNC Machinist £ NEG. (dependant on experience) Working  Monday-Thurs,  Friday with possibility of overtime Overview:
The role of CNC Machinist is to complete all works with no supervision and the ability to set up and operate the CNC machinery, whilst adhering to all shop floor Health & Safety guidelines. experienced using Fanuc Responsibilities:

To safely set up, program and operate CNC Machines whilst adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Ensure equipment/ machinery is running smoothly, efficiently and to optimum requirements. Maintain a clean, neat and organised work area Good understanding of mechanical engineering and machining principles Compliance with all quality policies and specifications, and instructions Use of gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements of finished goods.

Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result Skills/

Experience:

Fully trained in operation of CNC / Manual Lathes Ability to read/ interpret engineering drawings. Online programming and editing essential
-Fanuc Experience in CAD/ CAM such as AutoCAD/ OneCNC beneficial. Apprentice trained preferred but qualified by experience considered. Fork truck licence beneficial
