• Full-time, stable hours, 8am - 4pm, early finish on a friday!

• Setting up, running, and monitoring Europlacer SMT placement machines to meet output and quality targets
• Completing product changeovers efficiently and accurately to keep production on schedule
• Carrying out basic fault-finding and escalating issues promptly to minimise downtime
• Performing routine checks and adjustments to maintain consistent placement quality
• Following build instructions and process documentation to ensure standards are met
• Keeping the work area organised and supporting continuous improvement on the line

• Recent Europlacer machine experience within an SMT production environment
• Confidence working at pace while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
• A practical, reliable approach, with the ability to spot issues early and act quickly
• Comfortable working in an active role, on your feet for most of the day
