About

The Role

The Product Manager is responsible for coordinating seasonal product marketing activities across Buying & Merchandising (B&M), Creative, and Marketing teams. This role ensures product accuracy, campaign alignment, and effective execution of all marketing assets, supporting both trade and seasonal initiatives. The role acts as a central communication point, maintaining critical paths, collating and curating the product to inform and support marketing briefs, and ensuring timely delivery of product launches and availability.

Accountabilities

Campaign Development and Execution
  • Lead the creation and coordination of Quarterly and Monthly focus packs, including briefing and presenting plans to the Marketing teams, ensuring they are creative and inspiring and captures all key launches.
  • Work within the B&M team to collate all new product launches. Distill in to product stories and strategy into a single unified input into the Commercial team
  • Manage campaign product sign-off processes, working closely with stylists and securing approval from senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of campaign briefs, including sample ordering deadlines and communication to B&M.
  • Work with design to present first campaign concepts to the Buying Director for approval.
  • Share campaign proposals with the wider B&M team, ensuring alignment with submission deadlines and templates.
  • Sample management; collate product from respective Divisions.
Seasonal Planning and Alignment
  • Partner with Marketing to align new product launches and stories with the PMP.
  • Collaborate with B&M to align the critical path and develop a seasonal shoot tracker.
Paper and Print Management
  • Collate and create product stories and lifestyle moments that inspire the customer
  • Work with design to ensure trends are captured
  • Brief and manage development of core printed materials, maintaining the paper critical path.
  • Review pagination and coordinate handover to Creative through to final sign-off with key stakeholders.
Trade and Cross-Functional Co-ordination
  • Attend weekly Tuesday trade meetings, capturing actions and ensuring follow-through via onsite and email communication.
  • Share visibility of the upcoming week’s high-priority content and activities.
  • Pro-actively put forward product stories and events for the onsite team to support, highlighting key trends
  • Coordinate seasonal promotional activity between B&M and Marketing, including key retail moments such as Black Friday and Christmas.
  • Finalise seasonal promotions for Fashion and Home, ensuring all attributions and updates are completed ahead of launch.
  • Manage the population of promotions and attributions, making sure the product teams adhere to timelines and product relevancy.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, Company Policies and FCA Conduct Rules
