The One Club programme is a key part of our customer engagement and loyalty strategy, designed to strengthen brand awareness, increase membership, and drive long-term customer relationships. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team and lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for the One Club.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the One Club membership programme, including email, social media, website, in-store materials, and paid media.
Manage the marketing budget for One Club activities, ensuring effective allocation of spend and return on investment.
Work collaboratively with internal teams – including eCommerce, Retail, Merchandising, and Customer Service – to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
Support member acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns and personalised communications.
Develop content for various channels – newsletters, web, digital ads, and social – in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and member data to drive continuous improvement and identify growth opportunities.
Produce regular reports on KPIs such as membership growth, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers for creative production, print, and digital execution.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and best practices in loyalty marketing.
Contribute to wider brand marketing initiatives when required.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail, eCommerce, or loyalty marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and campaign management.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills with an eye for detail.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems).
Creative thinker with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Passionate about marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Adaptable and flexible to change.
Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
