• Collaborate with marketing leaders to create compelling presentations, brochures, infographics, and videos that align with Gallagher Bassett’s brand standards.
• Support marketing campaigns by designing thought leadership materials, email graphics, and event collateral that drive engagement.
• Ensure quality and consistency across all marketing assets, championing zero‑defect standards.
• Manage and organize Gallagher Bassett’s asset database, ensuring easy access and version control for all materials.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to maintain brand compliance and deliver impactful content that supports sales enablement.

• You’re detail‑oriented and organized, with a knack for meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• You can communicate complex ideas simply, whether in writing or presentations.
• You’re proficient in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• You’re adaptable, able to pivot priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and are committed to delivering high‑quality work that aligns with brand guidelines.
• You have 2–3 years of experience in marketing asset creation and graphic design, or a related field.
