GoHenry is seeking a CRM Manager to lead lifecycle marketing across email, push and SMS, partnering with Product, Marketing, Customer Support and Legal to own campaigns from inception to execution and iteration.
You will define hypotheses, KPIs and segmentation, and work with Data Engineering to build robust measurement. You will implement testing frameworks to improve performance and mentor the CRM Executive as the business scales.
