Paid Social & Performance Creative Growth Expert

We're looking for a performance-minded growth expert to help scale Paid Social and performance creative for a growing international B2C business based in the heart of the City!

This is a role at the intersection of Paid Social, data, creative strategy and commercial growth.

You'll own Paid Social performance while building a structured approach to understanding why creative works, turning those insights into meaningful tests, and scaling winning concepts across audiences and markets.

As the Paid Social & Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Owning Paid Social strategy, performance and growth across Meta and Tik Tok
Analyse media, funnel and sales data to understand what drives customer quality, revenue and profitability
Connect platform data with GA4, funnel and CRM data to understand the full customer journey
Make commercially sound decisions when data is incomplete, volumes are low or the signal is ambiguous
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition performance and scale what works

Lead performance creative strategy

Build and own a creative testing roadmap across concepts, hooks, messaging, formats, audiences and creators
Deconstruct winning creatives into the elements that drive performance
Translate performance insights into creative concepts, briefs and scripts
Build a repeatable, modular creative testing framework
Determine creative volume and refresh cadence based on spend, performance and fatigue
Scale winning concepts across markets and platforms

Build our creator & influencer engine

Develop a network of creators and influencers as both a customer acquisition channel and source of high-performing paid-media creative
Work with creators, agencies, production partners and internal creative teams
Develop a measurable approach to creator marketing and continually test what works.

As the Paid Social and Creative Specialist you will have the following experience and attributes:

Strong hands-on experience managing and scaling Paid Social
Deep Meta experience.
B2C/DTC experience, particularly lead generation through to offline purchase
Experience with website lead generation and/or Instant Leads
A strong understanding of performance creative, direct-response advertising and experimentation
The ability to turn performance insights into clear creative ideas, briefs and scripts
Strong analytical skills across media platforms, GA4, funnel and CRM/sales data
A commercial mindset, with experience being accountable for revenue, acquisition performance and profitability
Experience working with creators, influencers, agencies and/or production partners
Strong communication skills and the ability to turn complex performance data into clear actions for creative teams and senior stakeholders
An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for experimenting with new platforms, tools and technologies

Any experience of the following is desirable:

A creative background in film, video, image production, visual arts, copywriting or editing

Experience with Smartly

Experience with ad tracking and event conversion imports

Experience with advanced ad or creative automation, particularly AI-powered tools

What success looks like

You’ll be successful if you can grow Paid Social revenue while maintaining or improving profitability, and build a repeatable creative testing system that consistently produces new opportunities for growth.
