Etherial Agency LLC is seeking a freelance Kpop PR & Media Outreach Specialist to support music-focused outreach and relationship building. This is a fully remote, paid, assignment-based opportunity.

• Research relevant Korean music-industry media, journalists, editors and potential collaborators.
• Build and maintain accurate, well organised media and industry contact lists.
• Prepare tailored outreach and follow up messages for agreed campaigns.
• Facilitate introductions, media opportunities and potential collaborations.
• Track outreach, responses and next steps, and share concise progress updates.
• Coordinate with the agency on priorities and campaign materials.

Project scope, fees, timing and deliverables will be agreed before each assignment. There are no fixed weekly hours. Occasional Sunday calls may be arranged by mutual agreement.

An interest in Kpop and an understanding of the Korean music and media landscape.
Strong research, organisation and professional communication skills.
Ability to write personalised outreach, follow up thoughtfully and maintain accurate contact records.
Korean proficiency is highly valued; strong English is a plus. Please state your language proficiency in your application.
Relevant outreach, PR, media or music-industry examples are welcome, including student or independent projects.
Ability to work remotely and independently while communicating reliably with the agency.
No degree is required. Students and graduates are welcome to apply.
