Join our team as a Domestic Abuse Intervention Facilitator and be a crucial part of Staying Puts Early Intervention and Prevention Team. If you are dedicated to empowering individuals with the tools for resilience and building positive relationships, this role is for you!

As a Domestic Abuse Intervention Facilitator, you will work collaboratively within a small team, delivering support programs in diverse settings. Your focus will be on equipping individuals with awareness tools to achieve enduring recovery from the impact of domestic abuse. Adopting a trauma-informed approach, you will be creative and engaging in your delivery, ensuring a whole systems approach to safeguarding and support planning.

This role involves close collaboration with statutory partners and charitable sectors to establish clear communication and support pathways.

Full time, 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. £27,554 – £28,735 depending on qualifications or Part time, 30 hrs per week, 4 days, £22,043 – £22,988 per annum depending on qualifications. Maternity cover for 12 months.
