Dream Medical are working with a GP surgery in Bradford who are currently looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to cover maternity leave.

The practice is looking for a nurse to work 26 hours/week over 3 days, flexible on days.

Job responsibilities include:

• Asthma
• Diabetic review
• Hypertension Clinic
• IHD Clinic
• COPD Clinic
• Immunisation Vaccination Clinic
• Holiday Vaccination Clinic
• Flu Vaccination Clinic
• Cervical Smears
• Family Planning
