Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a clinical setting, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well‑being of all patients. Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and supporting daily activities.
  • Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Assist medical staff during examinations and procedures as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment plans, and post‑discharge care.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the nursing station and patient areas to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion.
Qualifications
  • Recognised nursing qualification.
  • Proven experience in patient care within a clinical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
  • Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosage calculations and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
