Marie Curie REACT Team based in Bradford is seeking an Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist. You will deliver specialist palliative care nursing in the community, focusing on patients with unmet needs and preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.
Applicants must be an NMC-registered nurse with a nursing degree, non-medical prescribing, and a full driving licence. You will work weekdays, 37.5 hours, with one weekend per month, based at Bradford Hospice.
