Barista

Cannolo Bottega is a Yorkshire-based espresso bar and patisserie boutique inspired by Sicilian heritage and modern craftsmanship. Specialising in made-to-order cannoli and a carefully curated espresso menu, our offerings aim to turn everyday rituals into memorable experiences. Known for our attention to detail and refined ingredients, we deliver a unique blend of tradition and contemporary indulgence. In addition to an inviting in-store dining experience at our flagship Wibsey, Bradford location, we also offer custom orders, catering, and tailored collaborations for private events.

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in our Bradford store. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving exceptional espresso beverages, assisting in food preparation, and ensuring an inviting and professional atmosphere for customers. Daily tasks include providing outstanding customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, and contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow in alignment with our Sicilian-inspired vision and culinary excellence.

• Demonstrated skills in coffee preparation, including barista experience and food preparation expertise.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Customer service focus to ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute as part of a dynamic team.
• Passion for artisanal food and beverages; familiarity with Sicilian or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
