We want a Server that is competent, personable, and focused on the customer to join our busy hospitality team. The person who gets the job will be very important in making sure that all guests have great dining experiences by giving them attentive, quick, and high-quality service. This job is a great chance to grow in a busy restaurant setting while keeping the best standards of customer service, food safety, and hospitality.

• Say hello and welcome people in a friendly, professional way
• Take orders from customers quickly and correctly
• Serve food and drinks quickly while making sure that the quality and appearance standards are always maintained.
• Give them helpful menu suggestions and try to offer them more goods to make them happier and boost sales.
• During service times, set up tables, clean dishes, and keep everything neat and tidy.
• Always follow all rules on food safety, cleanliness, and health.
• Make sure that food is prepared and delivered on time by working closely with the kitchen and service workers.
• Answer guests’ questions and concerns in a professional way, and fix problems quickly to keep the eating experience good.
• Use the POS system to process payments correctly and give out receipts when needed.
• Help coworkers at busy times at the restaurant to keep things running smoothly.

• Having worked in hospitality or restaurant service before is a plus, but not necessary (training will be given).
• It would be good to have a basic understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Good in organising and managing time
• Great communication skills and a cheerful, open demeanour
• Being able to do basic maths correctly for billing purposes
• Having worked in a busy kitchen or hospitality setting is helpful.
• A real love for helping customers and making their stays memorable
• Being able to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
