Role Description

As a Transaction Manager you will support the Sales Manager in leading a high-performing team of Sales Executives, converting leads, and delivering a world-class customer experience. You’ll monitor team performance, provide coaching, drive lead management, and ensure showroom standards are consistently met. You will bring passion and ownership to your work, contributing to a positive, innovative, and supportive environment where both colleagues and bikers feel valued.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and professionally manage sales enquiry performance.
  • Construct customer deals, including finance solutions and value-added products.
  • Managing the sales team and sales processes.
  • Maximising vehicle and associated product sales and profitability.
  • Involvement in daily briefing, keeping the Head of Business and team updated.
  • Assisting the team to identify customer needs, providing coaching and support.
  • Assisting the Sales Manager in maintaining policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Ensuring the highest standard of customer service.
  • Employing creative marketing strategies to boost motorcycle and accessory sales.
  • Manage the quotation, sale and payout of Superbike Factory finance within the agreed process & systems.
  • Manage all finance related activities are FCA compliant within your business.
  • Ensure all outstanding customer cash balances are settled and that delivery or collection is arranged accordingly.
  • Make sure customers receive or collect their new purchases as agreed and leave satisfied—happy enough to recommend Superbike Factory.
  • Resolving customer issues on site where possible– escalating to management where required.
  • This position requires on-site work.
