Store Supervisor

We are hiring for a full‑time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting stores based at Bradford Forster Square
. This role will oversee retail staff, monitor employee activity, solve day‑to‑day problems, assist customers, and support the Store Manager to maximise sales and uphold a service‑first mentality.

We invest heavily in training and development. As a Store Supervisor you will receive regular 1‑to‑1s, training, and support to thrive and be empowered in your role.

• Oversee Retail staff’s work within the store environment
• Monitor employee activity and ensure adherence to company best practices
• Solve day‑to‑day issues and support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets
• Assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Promote a service‑first mentality and maintain high service standards

• Passion for fashion retail and our company ethos
• Previously worked in fashion retail (preferred)
• Experience managing and motivating a team of Sales Assistants
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Efficient, highly organised with a customer‑focused attitude
