• 16‑20 year olds – £11.15 per hour
• 21‑year old plus – £12.71 per hour

• Available to work both Saturday and Sunday
• Confident and approachable

• Careful and excited about selling toys

• Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritising customers and delivering a great shopping experience.
• Share knowledge about our product range and offer helpful advice to our customers.
• Actively participate in demonstrating products and occasional character visit days.
• Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points.
• Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.
• Deliver a great experience to our customers during the busy weekends.
• Be flexible with start and finish times and be available for extra hours, especially at Christmas and school holidays.
