Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, drive performance, and lead a fast-paced team on the shop floor. You’ll be responsible for motivating staff, delegating tasks, and maintaining high standards to ensure excellent customer service.
The role offers a 35-hour contract with pay of £15.45–£15.95 per hour, plus bank holiday uplift and other Lidl benefits, including a 10% in-store discount and pension arrangements.
