ASDA in Harlow is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of a department, lead by example, and ensure our customers receive the best possible service on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
You’ll help manage stock, support new starters, and step in to solve problems, while maintaining a positive, customer-focused atmosphere across day shifts.
