About the Role

As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be required to work to month end deadlines. Including but not limited to completing daily, weekly, monthly tasks to ensure that bank reconciliations, cash postings, cashflow reporting are completed accurately. Preparing consolidated invoices on the system for the customer and ensuring they have been sent in a timely manner. Working closely with the offshore teams to ensure deadlines are meet including Month End Close procedures.

The role entails strong collaboration with the Accounting teams and other key stakeholder departments.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Skills & Experience

• 1 year experience in a Finance environment
• Banking portal experience would be an advantage
• Experience of Financial postings and ERP experience (Protas or other)
• Good excel skills and knowledge of other Microsoft Applications
• Strong communication skills – able to work with both external and internal customers.
• Problem solving / issue resolution skills Maths and English to GCSE (A-C)
• Tenacity to resolve queries and problem-solving skills
• Able to work as part of a team and collaboratively

Please note that this role requires a security clearance process (you must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years to be eligible) and a DBS check.
