Ready to make a real difference at one of Morrisons' largest and most dynamic sites? We’re looking for a driven Manufacturing Accountant to join our Bradford - Greenside facility.

This isn't your standard desk job. You'll be at the financial heart of a 400,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art operation. With a 1,500-strong team operating 24/7 across 44 production lines and six different operations under one roof, the environment here is incredibly fast-paced. Every single day, 72 vehicles leave our site packed with 277 varieties of freshly prepared products and you'll play a crucial role in making it all happen profitably and efficiently.

• Business Partnering: Act as a true commercial partner to our Site Operations Managers, driving financial performance right on the shop floor.
• Champion Profitability: Proactively identify brilliant cost-saving initiatives and volume-growth opportunities to boost the site's profitability.
• Build Strong Networks: Collaborate daily with a diverse range of stakeholders, bridging the gap between the manufacturing site and our trading teams.
• Own the Numbers: Take charge of our weekly and periodic financial reporting (including the preparation and posting of accruals and prepayments), keeping your finger on the pulse of the site's financial health.
• Drive Strategic Growth: Play a key role in shaping site strategy, capital expenditure (Cap Ex) plans, and high-impact projects.
• Protect the Business: Ensure robust financial controls are maintained across this large-scale operation.

• You are a fully qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
• You ideally thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and understand the unique financial rhythms of a production site.
• You are a natural communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to translate complex numbers into actionable insights for operational leaders.
• You possess fantastic attention to detail, coupled with the agility to organise and prioritise a varied workload to meet strict deadlines in a fast-moving, 24/7 environment.
