Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketer to join our team at EWI Store in Bradford. In this role, you will be instrumental in reaching out to potential clients and expanding our market presence. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing unmatched quality and service to the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our range of construction products.
  • Identify customer needs and present suitable product solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM System.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and booking meeting.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets through effective communication.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive company image during all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing within the construction or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Polish, Hindi, Punjabi is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
