Internal Sales Representative

Location:

Bradford

Salary:
Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Friday: 8:30am – 1:00pm

One Friday in every four worked until 3:00pm

Lodestone Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, global industrial manufacturing business based in Bradford. This organisation is a key supplier to sectors including power generation, aerospace, automotive and defence, offering high-quality engineered solutions worldwide.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Internal Sales Representative to join their UK team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment and prides themselves on delivering outstanding customer service.


The Role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers and internal stakeholders by ensuring enquiries, quotations and sales orders are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing customer sales orders using an MRP system, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Managing contract reviews and keeping customers informed of any potential issues

Handling customer complaints and raising credit notes where required

Producing accurate and timely quotations and advising customers on correct product selection

Following up quotations and providing commercial feedback

Supporting sales activity through product promotion, cross-selling and added-value solutions

Working closely with internal sales and distribution teams to support sales strategies

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be customer-focused, organised and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks

A strong sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

Desirable experience:

Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, Word and Excel
