Technical Sales Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at KMK Compensators Ltd. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team and customers. You will collaborate with various staff members to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

KMK Compensators Ltd manufacture and install fabric compensators and bellows. We are a family‑run business established in 1999.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and sales contracts
• Provide technical support to customers during the sales process
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• To visit customers on site, to measure and inspect existing and new compensators.
• To right up site inspection reports.
• General office duties to be performed.
• You will be based at our office in Wyke, Bradford however possible overnight stays when visiting sites.
• Company car provided.

• Strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Clean driving license is a must
• All training will be provided

• Monday to Friday
• Overnight stays away from home
