What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the day‑to‑day and strategic relationship with key retail buyers, leading joint business planning and trading activity
  • Deliver revenue and margin targets, balancing commercial returns with operational excellence
  • Identify and land profitable solutions across seasonal activity, supply challenges and category performance
  • Lead internal alignment, working with merchandising, operations, product and marketing teams to deliver the plan
What You’ll Need to Bring
  • Strong account management experience with a major retailer, managing complex and seasonal categories
  • Commercial focus, with a track record of delivering growth and profitable outcomes
  • Confident stakeholder management, both externally with customers and internally across functions
  • Analytical thinking, comfortable using data to shape decisions and challenge plans
