As a Business Customer Manager you’ll be accountable for our B2B proposition in-store, leading a highly engaged team to create an experience that business customers love, coach colleagues, build relationships with local businesses, inspire a customer‑first mindset and drive sales and profit objectives.

• Coach colleagues to inspire business customers to choose the best products, regardless of shopping channel.
• Build a strong network with local businesses, develop new relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Lead a highly engaged team, understand strengths and development opportunities, support personal development plans and encourage progression.
• Inspire colleagues to put the customer first while driving business sales and profit objectives.

• Management experience with a hands‑on style.
• Background in retail or B2B environment (or both).
• Proven coaching skills and passion for building team confidence and capability.
• Track record of identifying commercial opportunities to deliver KPIs.
• Confident, approachable and friendly to colleagues and customers.
