The Sales & Marketing Graduate Scheme is a 2-year job rotation based program allowing you to work and contribute to different sales and marketing functions r these two years, you will experience two very different job rotations that will provide you with a truly cross-functional understanding of our functions within Nissan Motor (GB) ltd. You could be placed in Aftersales, Sales, Marketing or Network Development & Customer Quality departments to name a few.

Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd is responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of Nissan passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in the UK. We have a diverse range of departments that challenge and develop your skill set. As the driving force behind the sales of our international brand in the UK, ours is a commercially focused environment, with a working culture that’s demanding and fast paced but equally open, friendly and rewarding.

• You must be eligible to work in the UK when the program starts in September 2026
• At least a 2:1 Degree Qualification
• A minimum 1-year work experience – we welcome both recent graduates and career changers returning to the workplace
• Comfortable to travel to Maple Cross, Hertfordshire for a hybrid working arrangement
