The RoleWe're recruiting for an established print and graphics business based in Bradford, looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join their team.
This is a new-business-focused role, where you'll be responsible for identifying prospects, developing relationships and winning new accounts.
The company is open to candidates from outside the print industry. If you have a proven track record of winning new business and generating revenue within a B2B environment, they want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Generate leads through proactive outreach and networking
- Arrange and attend client meetings
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Negotiate and convert prospects into new customers
- Build long-term client relationships
- Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
- Manage CRM activity and work towards sales targets
We're looking for a confident, driven salesperson with a proven track record in B2B new business.
You should have:
- Demonstrable experience winning new accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and target-driven approach
- Confidence generating your own leads and opportunities
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Good organisation and CRM experience
Print, signage, POS, graphics or packaging experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
