Contract: Permanent
Shifts: Flexible casual hours (must be available for some Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sundays)
Requirement: Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Your RoleYou’ll form part of the event’s response capability, dealing with situations that require a higher level of authority and control. You’ll work closely with supervisors and the control room to ensure incidents are handled safely, proportionately, and professionally.
What You’ll Do- Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents
- Support crowd management teams with escalated situations
- Protect staff, spectators, and event infrastructure
- Maintain strong communication with supervisors and control rooms
- Provide a calm, authoritative presence throughout the event
