• Install, maintain, and repair field service equipment at customer sites
• Have experience with wall mounting. Experience with in the industry would be advantageous.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in field service technology

• Experience in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed, regular travel and some overnight stays required
