We’re looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer Painter/Decorator who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules. • Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works.
• Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
• Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
• Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.

• Experience in facilities management or building services.
• Trade background or experience in a similar role.
• Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
• Manual handling certified and physically fit for working at heights and confined spaces.
• Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.
