About the Company

You will be joining a local authority children’s service that is strengthening practice and investing in stable, experienced teams. The focus is on improving outcomes for children while ensuring social workers have the support and structure needed to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake statutory assessments within the Referral and Assessment service
  • Manage a varied caseload, assessing risk and safeguarding concerns within statutory timescales
  • Work closely with partner agencies to support informed decision making and effective safeguarding responses.
