Hull City Council is seeking a Housing Allocations Assistant to deliver a high-quality, empathetic service and to be the initial contact point for customers and partners. You will advertise, allocate and let available homes, and help ensure lettings are fair and timely while keeping accurate records.
You will manage your own caseload, work across IT systems, assess affordability, support with tenancy sign-ups and liaise with partners to safeguard and uphold policy standards.
