Psicon is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to lead adult risk and safeguarding across its services, providing specialist clinical advice and directing the risk team. The role involves triage decisions, complex caseload management, and escalation handling for adults with safeguarding needs.
The post requires current RMN registration and significant adult risk experience, with CYP safeguarding experience welcomed but not required. Out-of-hours rota is included.
