Ocean Export Operator

We are recruiting for a Working within a busy Ocean department – to work within a team to receive bookings from oversea offices, to complete all ocean export requirements for both LCL and FCL.

• Receiving bookings from overseas offices

• Raising files within Rhenus software system

• Preparation of shipping instructions

• Speaking to shipping lines / carriers.

• Checking vessel departures

• Ensuring correct documentation is presented / obtained

• Costing files

• Raising invoices to overseas offices

• File queries.
