Warehouse Team Leader

The Staffing Network require 3 Warehouse Team leaders for our client based in Bradford.

The role is working within a team of 10-15 people in a fast paced environment.

You will need to be hands on and hold a valid FLT licence (CB and/or reach).

The client is looking for 2 WTL to work Monday to Friday (Apply online only) and 1 WTL to work Sunday to Thursday between the hours of (Apply online only) with the ability to flex between the hours of (Apply online only) with volumes of the business.

The role will require someoene who has experience in leading a team of w/h ops across the business from goods in to dispatch, be a point of contact on a day to day basis for any warehouse related issues and be able to deputise for the warehouse manager in their absence.

Some of your duties will be (but not limited to):

* To manage stock integrity: the receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely preparation and loading of goods for shipment.

* Ensure all inbound goods are received and put away activity is completed within 24hours of receipt.

* All outbound goods are second checked for accuracy, that there is a loader and driver signature, registration/trailer number and date on all paperwork for all collections.

* Ensure load manifest is checked, completed, and signed off daily.

* To organise and allocate the warehouse teams duties daily, to maintain high levels of motivation within the team to ensure that good teamwork leads to excellent customer service.

* Monitor and communicate absence levels for your area/shift.

* Train team to the highest level and understand all SOP’s.

* Establish a focused and highly skilled team.

You will work on a temp to perm basis with weekly pay to start before transferring to the clients permanent team.
