Warehouse Stock Administrator

We're looking for a detail-focused Stock Administrator to join our busy operation. You'll play a key role in managing stock accuracy, SAP transactions, transport schedules, and warehouse systems, helping to ensure excellent service for both customers and operational teams. This role is on a 4 on 4 off shift working 12 hour shifts 6pm-6am.

We're offering a salary of up to £28,000 plus a night shift allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, the option to buy additional leave, company pension, cycle to work scheme, employee discounts, and excellent development opportunities.

• Manage stock movements and inventory through SAP.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Support inbound and outbound operations to achieve OTIF performance.
• Coordinate transport collections and maintain accurate records.
• Produce reports and analyse data to identify trends and issues.
• Ensure all health, safety and compliance procedures are followed.
• Communicate effective with drivers, customers, and operational teams.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A proactive and curious approach to problem solving.
• Ability to analyse data and work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with in logistics, transport, warehousing, or SAP systems would be advantageous.
