The Back End Maintainer collaborates closely with supervision to ensure optimal manufacturing production levels.

• Report to the Production Supervisor and perform assigned tasks following verbal instructions.
• Read and write, especially process forms and reports.
• Pass a Mechanical Aptitude Test.
• Perform mechanical tasks, adjust machines, and maintain quality standards.
• Knowledge of can operation and quality judgment (desired).
• Adhere to safety procedures and follow all JHAs and SOPs.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Use basic hand tools and computer operations.
• Lift up to 50 pounds safely and keep the work area organized per 6S principles.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of experience with computer skills in inspection, testing, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing.
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.

• OSHA training in manufacturing.
• Experience in beverage packaging quality.
• Knowledge of AS400, QAS, and NWA systems.
• 6S training and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with leadership and motivation skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

• Regularly sit, stand, walk, and use hands; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments with noise and forklift traffic.
