Qualifications:

• Current state Social Worker license required (IL SSW License)
• Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social-emotional support and counseling services to middle and high school students
• Assess students needs and develop individualized plans to address barriers to learning
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, families, and other support staff to promote student success
• Supervise and mentor a team of social work interns, offering feedback and fostering professional growth
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and district documentation requirements
• Participate in student support teams and recommend effective interventions
