We have been ensuring customer satisfaction and helping people select the right RV for their needs since 1971.

Pleasure Land RV Center is currently hiring for a full time Warranty Coordinator. This position makes sure that all of the warranty claims are correctly submitted as well as keeping other locations up to date on their warranty claims as needed.

• Build and maintain relationship with various manufacturers to review delinquent and disputed claims.
• Manage the warranty claims process from submission to tracking along with resubmission of claims as needed for all Brainerd locations.
• Work with Service Advisors on warranty work orders to ensure they are being submitted.
• Travel to the other Brainerd dealership location to review warranty claims and the process on a regular basis.

• Previous warranty or service writer experience preferred, but not required
• Problem solving
• General parts knowledge
• Self-motivated
• Ability to meet deadlines
  
  Must be well organized
• Computer and Internet skills
• Good communication skills; both verbal and non-verbal
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization, including vendors and customers
