The facility is part of a respected healthcare system and includes a dedicated Orthopedics department with plans for developing a new Musculoskeletal Center. Orthopedic Surgery - Spine:
This position offers the chance to join a collaborative team of 5 well-established orthopedic surgeons in a practice that values subspecialty training. The opportunity includes potential ownership in a local Outpatient Surgery Center and participation in the development of a new Musculoskeletal Center. Job Details:

• Enjoy 32+ contact hours in the clinic over 4 days per week or 8 hours per day
• Flexibility to distribute hours over 5 days if preferred
• Hospital consultations and rounding are a small component of the schedule
• Anticipated weekly volume of 10 inpatient consultants
• Anticipated weekly volume of 75 office patients
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Qualifications:
  
  MD or DO candidates who are BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
