  32+ contact hours over 4 days per week or 8 hours per day, with flexibility to distribute over 5 days if preferred; hospital consultations and rounding are a small component of the schedule.

• MD or DO, board eligible or board certified in orthopedic surgery.

Base salary $901,000. Eligible for bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Patient Volume: 10 inpatient consultants weekly, 75 outpatient office patients weekly.

• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.
• Flexibility: 32+ contact hours over 4 days per week or 8 hours per day, distribute over 5 days if preferred.
