PHYSICIAN - Gastroenterology–Brainerd, MN

Essentia Health Brainerd, part of an integrated health system with a 165‑bed hospital (St. Joseph’s Medical Center) and a 100‑plus physician multi‑specialty group.

Provide comprehensive gastroenterology services at Brainerd Clinic. The typical mix is 70% endoscopy, 20% clinic, and 10% inpatient. Call schedule: 1 weekend per month and 1 night per week.

• Current team: 1 MD and 2 APPs
• 70% endoscopy, 20% clinic, 10% inpatient
• All admissions managed by IM hospitalist service
• Call is 1 weekend a month, 1 night a week
• Ability to practice "bread and butter" GI!
• No buy‑in, no malpractice, no overhead and no seniority issues

$715,000 greater of salary or floor. Eligible for bonuses, quality incentives or production‑based compensation.

Day/Eve/Night rotation with call obligations as stated: 1 weekend per month and 1 night per week.
