We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer IV to join our Mechanical & Electrical team in St. Paul, Minnesota. The role supports hybrid work arrangements, including remote options throughout the state. You will contribute to designing systems for buildings across the country, from skyscrapers to small tenant improvements, utilities, and laboratories.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota.
• Experience in commercial and/or industrial system design, piping, and HVAC.
• Ability to manage work activities, project team responsibilities, and report status to a supervisor.
• Proficiency with applicable design codes, standards, and specifications.
• Strong interpretation skills for engineering deliverables.
• Willingness to travel for team meetings, client consultations, field surveys, and construction observation.

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous project management experience.

Base compensation is expected to range between $100,000 and $130,000, depending on skill set and experience. A comprehensive benefits package—including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off—is available.
